Lose Weight Quick |
|
|
| Diet and Exercise are key to weight loss. Then look to vitamins, water and supplements. Focus on fiber, protein and veggies. Try to eat low carbs. Not no carbs but a lower amount and have milk for calcium. |

I found these absolutely fantastic diet cookies and have put together some information on them (I have the site below at the www box) - they actually work AND there is a 30 day money back guarantee on them...in case you hate them. |

Moderate weight loss is best.
If it took X amount of years to gain X amount of pounds. Shouldn't weight loss be moderate and consistent, not quick. |

| You can try some alternative way like green tea or diet tea. Or you can just switch the dairy products and have a soy bean milk instead |

Why the rush? |

If health is any concern at all then you aren't looking for a quick fix. To lose 1 pound a week you need to have a caloric deficit of 500 calories a day. So eating less (but no less than 1,200 calories) or being more physically active will help you to achieve this negative energy balance.
If you want to lose weight quick you may want to look into to some type of fasting program. Because you hardly take in any calories for days or weeks (depending on the program) you definitly achive a negative energy balance. Is it healthy? Well, not as healthy as losing weight slowly through balanced nutrition and exercise.
Oh and you will likely gain back what ever weight you lose once the program is over. This is the case for any fad diet, since these diets are only temporary, so are the results. The minute you quit "dieting" the weight comes back, usually more than before.
My advice is to change your lifestyle. But that takes time. Let me know if you would like any help.
Good Luck! |
