Hi,
I am new here and I love it. Can anyone please tell me where I can find the Lida diet forum? Its a new diet and I would love to here about Lida.

I just got my lida monday and started it tuesday. I love it so far. I got mine at lida4u.com. Not sure where else you an get it but so far i have lost 2 pounds in just three days. Shocked

I am pretty happy so far, but just started so don't want to get my hopes up just yet. Very Happy

hi, i ordered lida from amazon and was shipped to me thur kmali.. cna anyone tell me if i got the real thing please??? And if you have used it, when did u see t take effect and were you even hungry or not hungry at all?
