heya!
i feel ya! im 22 years old and im draggin' at the end of the day, a lot of times in the middle of the day i could use about an 8 hour nap In the last couple of weeks i have changed my diet just a bit. No soda, fresh fruit and breakfast EVERDAY no matter what time i wake. Ive found that its worked wonders. I have more energy than i ever have. I also started doing things thing physical way, stopped using the dishwasher and such. Maybe it will help you?.. If you try everything ya can and it doesnt work out you should see a doctor. There may be a slightly more complicated reason for the energy loss good luck!
The thing that gives me the most energy is working out. Many days all I want to do after work is sleep..so I go to the gym and plan on an easy day, but normally just getting moving is the hardest part once I'm there I normally stay an hour or more.
Other ideas that may help:
*go for a walk (or a quick workout) during breaks and lunch
*do even 5 min in the morning...it adds up to 35 min a week you wouldn't have got otherwise
*try drinking one of your cups of coffee right before when you plan to workout...it may just give you the extra boost to do something.
