Hi everyone,

I recently joined, but after reading a few posts, got a bit scared to introduce myself. Then, I realized that no one can do anything to me just for joining a forum.

This is a great site by the way, and very informative. I got a lot of help from it. Thanks to those who had the guts to help us out!

Thought I would introduce myself properly. I am Joanne, I gained weight when I had my last daughter. I need to lose about 40 pounds! Yikes! Pregnancy was not kind to my body. I used phen in the past with good results. My appetite is a huge hinderance for me, which is why I believe phen helps so much. Just takes that edge off, ya know? But unfortunately, my doctor (who specializes in weight loss) won't prescribe phen. He would rather sell me a bunch of diet supplements instead. I do exercise, it's hard with the two small kids but I walk everyday. The hardest part is, my hubby just got to his goal weight through low carb dieting. I am proud of him. He is a big meat eater so it was a cinch for him. I am not a big fan of meat and I have tried the low carb, just too hard for me. I don't like the food well enough. Anyway, my point is that now my husband is hotter than ever and I am still the overweight wife. I want to get my body back for myself first, but would like to be thin for him, too. And most of all, healthy for my kids. I have called doctors out of the phone book and none prescribe phentermine. So I am here, digging through archives, hoping to find somewhere to buy it and not get ripped off. If anyone feels like messaging me with any info, I would be soooo thankful. On the other hand, I do understand that I am "new" and there is no trust built yet. So, that's basically my story. Nice to meet you all!

I too, am a Newbie and long-timer Lurker. Have been helped many times by reading the info on forums. Was a lurker on Toxic until it imploded. Joined another 'friendly' forum but got locked out (who knows why) even though I posted there. It is so-o nice to find others in the same position as I am, looking for a good cookie source that will not crumble on us. I'm good for now but just wanted all to know it's great to find this forum and I will be back on a regular basis.

hi guys I introduced myself somewhere else but i'll do it here too my name is samantha and I've been taking for a while have been a lurked over here for quite a while and finally said eh what the heck I've used all the known sources and Its nice to meet such nice and friendly people on here and I've already helped out a couple of people that were asking for help so here's to new friends!

But everyone must realize that these are just known sources. We can't hold each responsible, for individual results.

I think may be, just and idea...

We could come up with a general...
A. xxxxx source
B. xxxxx source
C. xxxxx source

And try to the maybe post personal experiences...Like A. pills were a159's and shipment or service was i liked or disliked....

Be real about your experience..if you didn't like something...mention it
If you did like something mention it...

Then we can make informed decision by just scanning through the pro's and Con's of each persons post.

Maybe have private dialog through PM if you need more specific info.

but please know that if you don't participate in some post members still will be reluctant to pass on the source list.

And it's the members choice if they want to PM. Nothing personal.

It is hard when we are dealing with such sabotage from people who try to be trusting and get burned.

Like the member who blabbed to the pharmacy or source that a member trustingly gave to another. what a loser.
REALLY? What was the point of that? Grow the hell up.
That is what is making everyone afraid to share info. with possibly honest new member or lurkers.

I'm glad the person was able to get back on the board and vent about that. I would have flipped out.

However, we need a system through PM that we can get comfortable with with out compromising the few places we know. Help those who truly are honest, and can in turn contribute to the post.

Please post your idea's ( especially the long time members)

AND please don't feel upset with a member if they recommend source to you and it doesn't work out.

Post you reason it didn't help you, the strength, the service what ever...
But don't blast someone for trying to help you.

I always try and read through...if we have a code system such as A,B,C,D
OR 1,2,3,4.

and can use that or something to put a search in and read all the post and decide for ourselves to order or not to order.

Me and my best friend don't always have the same reaction to the meds we've taken.

Even if you get it from a PHARMACY...walmart, CVS...whatever you can read post where some loved their pill, some hated it.

And those are local Pharmacies....You don't call your doctor or the Pharmacy and accuse them of giving you fake pills.

So please keep that in mind.

With all due respect, djc5, all of that info is already on here, along with many opinions and experiences with the available sources/sites. I understand how you mean it, but IMO, a PM list is not practical. The problem would still remain of trying to ascertain who is "trustworthy" to receive the sacred list [that's my attempt at humor - am not trying to be mean or rude].

I think the best method for all involved for finding info is to search the existing threads on the forum. Then if questions remain or new ones come up, there's the option to post and ask. Perhaps someone who is good with directions could come up with a general post on how to use, search, and get the most out of the forum. We could then keep it bumped to the top of the first page so newbies would HOPEFULLY see it first and use it as orientation.
