Order from Yahoo Guy - I have some questions

I contacted Bill to place an order and Linda from Medical Arts Center sent me several forms to fill out before my order could be processed. Is this what everyone fills out? It asks for my social security number. I don’t want to put that down. Has anyone else had these concerns? Also, there is a form that my doctors has to sign. The reason I am going this route is because my doctor does not think that I am that overweight and he therefore will not give me the medication, so how am I going to get him to fill out the form? Any suggestions?

To be honest, I ordered from Chen who also gets his stuff from Medical Arts and I never filled any of that stuff out. I got an email a couple of days later that showed me my delivery status. I haven't filled those forms out yet.

I don't know what to do. She told me that the order would be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the paperwork. I don't know if I should fill in part of it and send it back, or what I should do.

I too, ordered from Chen (Med Arts also) and I never even received a form! Had my order in 2 business days.

With that event when the kid overdosed on some pain killers everyone is getting more strict, the yguy isnt sending out cookies without the forms these days, I dont think they need for your doc to sign the forms and he asked me to block out my ssn # as it wasnt needed.

i just ordered from y-guy yesterday and received 2 e-mails with forms. im not planning on filling them out at all based on what others have said on this forum. i'll let you know if i get my order.

also, please remember not to post too much detail about where you got the order from. we want to keep that info in private messages. it would suck if we lost access to this source.

Sorry about posting too much information. I didn't even realize it. I think I am going to partially fill out the forms and send them back and see what happens. I'll keep you posted.

just wanted to give you an update. i just got a message that said i had a tracking number and i never filled out the forms.

then, i called back to get the number and they told me that they are waiting on my forms. i promised to fax them by the end of the day. it sounds like they're gonna send out my order but they really do want the forms now. im not planning on putting very personal info (i.e. SS#). also, she gave me a tracking # over the phone, after i promised to send in forms, but it isnt showing up as valid on the dhl web site. it could be that the dhl site isnt updated yet.

Yesterday afternoon I got a voice mail message that my package has been shipped and they gave me a DHL tracking number. I checked online with DHL and it is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Does anyone know where to get a money order? I have always used my credit card for orders so this is new to me.

I placed an order with y guy on Monday & still haven't heard anything back from him - no forms... nothing.

I contacted chen yesterday for a price list so I could just order from him & he was very prompt with replying, but I did notice he is about 10 bucks higher than y guy. I still haven't placed an order with Chen yet but I think I will go ahead & do it this morning since I still haven't got a reply from y guy.

Anyone else ever have this trouble with y guy?

Can someone pm me with the info for chen. i ordered phendimetrazine 35 mg from y-guy last week and i got phendimetrzine 105mg instead. i don't want the 105mg and i tried all day friday to talk to someone there and i got no where. So in the meantime I would like to try chen. I hope that y-guy is going to do the right thing and either take this back (I have not opened it - but I am still out $270.). But anyway, I figured I'd try chen in the meantime if anyone could pm me his info I will give him a try.

I bought a 90 supply from the YAHOO GUY and paid 275.00 C.O.D and i am down to like 30 or less pills...and i have lost nothing! and i have been counting calories and exercising...I lost a few inches (2") but other then that NOTHING! I have had Phen before and they completely took away any hunger, the ones i got from him i take and an hour later i feel like i am starving! Just saying be careful bcuz you really have no idea if these pills you buy online are real or what they really are! Not just money you should worry about but your health safety!
