I have been doing this diet including lipovarin and it works |
|
|
| I have been taking lipovarin since May 22, 2005. I was 245 pounds and I am 6ft 2 inches. As of today still on my lipovarin diet which is morning 3 tablets of Lipovarin and 1 tablet Centrum vitamin, 1 cup honey nut cheerios and half a cup of skim milk. Lunch I eat a Balance Gold Chocolate Crunch meal replacement bar. I drink at least 6 cups water to keep hydrated. I have completely shut off any soft drinks and fruit drinks. I am just drinking water. I exercise at around 3 PM. I do cardio for about 45 minutes the least on an elliptical. The machine usually ends up saying I have burned 400+calories which isn't that bad. I then lift weights (I change what parts of the body I lift like one day chest and back, others abdominal and legs and other lower body muscle groups etc.) After the gym I drink 2 glasses of water and eat a Caesar salad with low fat dressing (sometimes no dressing). For dinner at around like 6:15 PM I take 3 more tablets of lipovarin with water of course and eat like a chicken breast, turkey breast, some steak, or fish and with that I eat fresh vegetables like broccoli or green beans with no seasonings. I make sure my diet has some meat for the protein for my muscles to use from my workouts. At night before I sleep I stretch, then go to bed. I have been doing exactly this and still am doing this. Believe it or not I am 179 pounds as of July 28, 2005. I can't believe I lost 66 pounds. I never cheated on my diet at all, very hard so many slices of cake and candy and carbonated soft drinks I passed on. Please believe me this was worth it. Sure not many people get results fast, but I believe it depends on the person. You need to be active to lose weight. You can't just jog for 5 minutes and take lipovarin and expect fast results. Sure you will lose weight, but I worked out a lot and controlled my intake of foods and today I still am. I feel so happy; I look in the mirror and am proud to see myself healthier. It is a great feeling I suggest that all people here who are dieting without much exercise go to a gym and use a cardio machine for at least 45 minutes a day. Not everyday if you can't due to personal reasons but at least 4 times a week. Dieting and exercising with Lipovarin has helped me. I also took the daily multivitamin tablets and meal replacement bars for more nutrients, and I will tell you I had a boost of energy every day and the following days to come. I am lowering my intake of Lipovarin to 4 tablets a day 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. I hope I will be able to maintain weight loss; I want to be at least 165lbs. Wish me more luck, and please feel free to ask questions, I would love to help. I am no expert, but after using this diet I am sure I will reach my target. |

THE honest Truth! |

THOSE ARE THE RESULTS AND I'M NOT EVEN DONE WITH THE 3 Weeks!
Is it working YES! BUT you can't just take it and not put any effort into losing!
I have cut out so many carbs! I don't eat any carbs after 3 unless it's a vegetable! I worked out in the beginning but haven't really been able with the holidays.
SIDE EFFECTS! YOU BET! Headaches, bloating, diarrhea, cramping, insomnia, and VERY TIRED!~
The headaches get help with excedrin. The insomnia is battled with melatonin, I've always had stomach problems so that may be awful to some but I've learned to live with it.
It's NO PICNIC! BUT I hate the extra weight more!!
I've given you the facts and you can decide how to proceed. I think 11 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks in a fantastic jump start to get me going. I could never do this long term but to get back into my jeans....IT WAS WORTH IT!!
GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!
Merry Christmas!!! |

Lipovarin Is Working!! |
|
|
I LOVE IT.
This evening I just weighed myself for the first time in 6 weeks. I am happy to report that I started at 181 and I now weigh 159!! Thats 23 pounds lost with LIPOVARIN. I cannot tell you how great I look and feel. I am so proud of myself because nothing seemed to be working for me. I tried Deal a Meal and Weight Watchers and the results were minimal. I just want to thank the community for all of your support and encouragement that you have provided me, as well as all of the insightful Lipovarin information. I feel like you have really helped me along the way to achieving my weight loss goal of a 50 pounds. I know I will get there. |

I can see why you are dehydrated and have bloating and other digestive issues. See, you stated that you cut out ALL carbs in the morning and you don't eat any till after lunch. I feel this is a grave mistake indeed. I did the SAME thing in where I cut out all carbs in the morning and w/in a few days, I was very ill. I started looking pale and was vomiting every day. Very lethargic.. Had bad headaches and such. I asked a doc about it and did some reseearch. I discovered that we have to have carbs! Especially in the morning we need them because it kind of jump starts our bodies. I'm not saying that Atkins is bad, because it has the right idea by controlling your body-glucose levels. But I'm just saying make sure you eat a slice of bread (real bread with starch) and a little juice with your breakfast and lunch and i guarantee you will feel better and have waay more energy. And no headaches!
Thank you!

OOPS! Haha! I thought you said before 3, not after..Haha! In that case, you still may not be getting enough carbs in your diet because headaches in that instance happen with a sudden drop in blood pressure and or glucose levels. Just make sure you keep a little bread on the side!

I gotcha! I appreciate the concern.
I actually don't deprive myself of all carbs after 3. Vegetables are a complex carb too. The ones I avoid with dinner are rice, potatoes, legumes, bread, etc.
However, if I want a baked potato with EVERYTHING before 3...I'm eating it! LOL!
I've done it that way on and off for years so I was able to isolate my symptoms as coming from Lipovarin, Thyrotril, or Aquadrene.
Good LUCK!

hey. i am new to the message board and want to lose weight. i am researching lipovarin to see if i wanna try it. what is this 3 week program? also, i am a fulltime student and fulltime mom (have a 7mth old). the only day i can really go to the gym is wed. every other day, the only excersise i really get is walking to & from class (about 20 min walk) and up stairs (3 flights). do you think that is enough excersie to see weight go fast? i am seriously overweight... 5'0, 206lbs! i really need help. |
