As of today, I am down 46 lbs to 134! I'm maintaining now, but I still lost another pound over the last two weeks. I feel great and I'm happy to put these on the board to help inspire and motivate people. It's nice to see real people with real results instead of phony ads like Anna Nicole and others. It takes great discipline to lose weight. It's alot of work and time, but it is so worth it. I don't ever want to be that weight again AND it's only for a short period of time in your life. If you can maintain your weight, it's so much easier than losing. The long haul is the losing part, once you're there it's so much easier. Anybody who is on Lipovarin, it really works and helped me jump start my loss. I was only on it a few months and lost my initial 10 or so pounds on it and then it was all just exercise and eating healthy that did it. You MUST change your eating habits as well as working out a few times a week. The Lipovarin will not do that for you. Good luck to everyone and thank you for the compliments!!!
God Bless,
Melly |

Thank you Wonderwoman. You look fantastic too. I am down to 132, but I wasn't trying to lose more, it has just happened that way. I'm actually going to be trying to get pregnant soon, go figure. LOL

So how hard is it to lose weight after you have a baby? My husband & I want to start trying soon but I do want to lose some more weight so when I do gain I wont be that big. I've read that you doctor will recommend to lose some weight before having a baby. So good luck Melly Mel!!!!

Hi Wonderwoman:
Yes, all that to get pregnant. LOL. I am not pregnant yet. We just started to try last month, so it may take a bit since I'm older now. It will be my second child. My son is now 7 years old and in first grade and now that I'm healthy, hubby and I figured it would be a good time to give him a sibling. I have a feeling it will take me awhile because of my age. I got pregnant first shot with my son, but that was 8 years ago when I was 30. I"m a liiiiiiiiiiiitle older now. LOL. I am still maintaining my weight at 133 and I still feel great!! Have a super week!!!

Great Job! |

You look like you're ready to take on the world! Any good news yet? I have a little boy that's about to turn 7. Great age. He has a little sister who is 3. I think I'm done with the babies. If you can stay eating healthy and get regular exercise, even walking around the block, taking the weight off after a baby should be a piece of cake. Did I say cake? Sorry, we need to come up with a healthy phrase. |

Thank you Cuzimdmom! I just found out Thursday that I am preggo!! We are all so excited!! Unfortunately, with all of what I thought was pms'g really bad, I'm up to 140, but still, not too bad. I"m hoping not to gain more than 30 lbs. with this pregnancy. With my son, I weighed 170 before I started and got up to 215 in my 8th month, so this pregnancy has already started out better and healthier!!! There is nothing wrong with the word cake - you use that word whenever you want!!! Those are good ages, 3 and 7. This is my second and last one. I just wanted to give him a sibling and we are done. We are all so happy and my son is so thrilled that he will be a big brother in 9 more months!! My due date is 11/28 and my son will be 8 on 12/27. I am so excited!!! I"m going to have such a healthier pregnancy this time around - I just know it!!!! |

Wow, that's wonderful news! How exciting for your family. I'm sure you'll do well. Especially because you want to. I used pregnancy as an excuse to eat so much junk. My mistake. I wish I would been in your state of mind before I had my second baby. You will do great, you're baby will be healthy and you're body will spring back to it's cute little figure in no time. I'm not a fortune teller, just a big believer in *Positive Thinking* Best wishes, Cuzimdmom |

Thanks again Cuzimdmom:
I did that with my first pregnancy; used every excuse to eat, but not this time babygirl!! I am doing it the healthy/smart way. I am going to try to not gain too much, but of course I am making sure to eat! You know what I mean. . I gained 45 lbs. with my son when I was pregnant last time and there is no way I'm touching that this time around.
Thanks again!! |
