Hello all I am a 19M starting this tommorow, I will post results once a week (on Mondays). Just a few notes, I will be working out 6 days a week - weights and cardio. Tommorow I will weigh myself at the gym and post that and go from their, be back in a few days.

Please do take before and after pics. I am trying to make a gallery.
Before and after pictures are a great way to encourage and motivate others to keep on going.
