 Hey Guys,I'm new here and I am wanting to lose some mad weight. I just had quads about 5 months ago.(yes that is 4 babies at once) I gained over 100lb  and have lost ONLY 20lb.I have always had trouble with my weight going up and down  and I have tried EVERYTHING.From atkins to the crap they sale at walmart.I was looking into getting gastric bypass surgery when I came across a diet pill called "ZETACAP"It's suppost to be the "WORLDS FIRST GASTRIC BYPASS PILL"looking around I read that out of 100 pills it is rated #3 as one of the best.I should get mine tomarrow and well keep a journal on my success and even if there is no success.My current weight is 240lb.  my goal weight is 140lb  I also love input if you have any!Thats what we are here for is to help one another... |

Hey,
We did not discussed much about Zetcap in here so I really do not know what to tell you. I tried to search for its ingredients but I was unable to find it. Well, maybe some of our visitors will help us with that.

I have been on the zeatcap for 3 days and it hasn't done crap so far  .I was told to give it a week.So I'll try it for a full week. |

| Well today the zeatcap seams to be working.I was hungry and put a pizza in the oven.I took 3 pills and started to clean up a bit.By the time the pizza was done I was SO NOT HUNGRY!!! I'm also looking into the T-TAPPP.I hear it's really good exercises program. No one has wrote me to give me input or just chear me on. It's so hard to be on a diet.... |

| i think i have been dieting forever. i had a dream last night that i was 110 pounds and i looked great. too bad i can't stick it out to even plateau at 130 before the scale moves back up again! keep at it, maybe join one of the challenges to get motivation and feedback from others. jen |

Hey shawnna here;Don't worry it takes time to get in the grove of things...give yourself at least a 2week period each time to see how your body reacts to it ...you might be surprise how much weight you loose if you stick with it. try it for two eeks then another two weeks..try to pump up some music and dance your heart out.WITH NO CARE you will find that the harder you dance and have fun the weight just fall and feel free to crank up the music even more than once a day and just dance with no care at all .you will see!!!
