Substitute eggs with other protein-containing ailments such as fish, meat, cheese, soy prepared in all forms (meat, milk, cheese etc.). Be careful at the combinations you make. Here's a piece of advice, if you're interested: as any other practice, this too is going to seem easier once you get involved and become familiar with it. Don't be afraid to try and go wrong a couple of times, until you catch the sniff of it. In a couple of weeks everything will come naturally. Good luck!

I like to do lowfat cottage cheese, 1 packet of splenda, cinnamon, and some walnuts. It's a nice breakfast option other than eggs! I've lost weight on it quite well.
Let me know if you try it!

I'm going to try this cottage cheese option, as I too have a really hard time eating eggs.

What I've found is really good is favah beans, lentils, red and green bell peppers cooked together with some steak seasoning (just a little bit) and then put that in an egg...you don't really taste the egg cuz your enjoying the other food. is it the texture of the egg or the taste you don't like?

That seems interesting, I'm able to eggs but only if it's mixed with other stuff to where you don't pay it any attention.

The taste and smell of eggs, just grosses me out!

I think the low-fat cheese can work out for you. There's a lot of others protein source beside eggs. Just make sure that you eat them in the proper amount.
