In three days, i would have been using this patch for one whole month. I've only lost 3 pounds so far. 3 pounds in about 1 month. i wouldn't recommend this item to anybody considering that it costed around thirty-some dollars.

i was on this patch for almost 3 months! lost almost no weight. when i first started i thought my apetite suppressed, but then it was as if i had grown immune to it. i would not reccommend anyone to use this product. you may be disappointed.

THEY DON'T WORK!!! IT'S A SCAM SO USE YOUR MONEY TO BUY SOMETHING THAT WORKS! I think it's a mind-game thing. You think you are losing weight with the patch, but all the patch is is a band-aid so you eat healthier becuase you are on the "patch" and you end up losing wieght anyway!

the first time i tryed it i wasnt hungry for 4 days so i ate small meals, but after that first 4 days it seemed like i was soooo much more hungrier then i was before i even bought the damn things... they were buy one get one free and thats the only reaosn i bought them.. now im stuck with a months supply and probablly wont use them again..

Or simply offer them to someone you know. Maybe they'll work on that person...

I am using them and I have lost more inches than weight. Which is my goal - to look better and be able to build the lean muscles. This increases your metabolism.

The things I have noticed is my energy is increased, my appetite is smaller and I do not crave sweets. I don't even like the taste of Diet Cokes and I had to have one a day for the past 15 years - sometimes two a day.

Now I just drink water and don't feel put out! In fact I crave water!

My daughter has lost 5 1/2" in 6 weeks, my son-in-law has lost 2 pant sizes in 7 weeks and he is a very large lad! He has tried to lose weight since he was 7 years old. He was up to 450 pounds. My daughter said he is finally getting up and doing things around the house - of course she is ecstatic about that! His blood pressure has gone down too.
