I just started taking Trimspa 2 days ago, but since yesterday I have had horrible stomach cramping and diarrhea. Has anyone else had this problem in the beginning??

You should discontinue if the side effects persist. Please check out with your physician inorder to avoid any health problems.
See the ingredients and make sure that you are not allergic to any of the pill ingredients especially caffeine.

I know that I am not allergic to anything, I researched it and talked to my Dr before I started it. I am not taking it today or tomorrow and see if my symptoms go away. I bought it at GNC so I can return it. But sure wish I could stick it out to see if it really works.

Hi, I started takind Trimspa yesterday, and have been to the bathroom for number 2s about 4 times since then, (this is not normal for me!) I also feel like I have a lump in the base of my throat, even though I am glugging water and I had trouble sleeping last night, I think I will take Trimspa earlier tomorrow evening. Im really hoping that this works though.

I took Trim-Spa and lost a whole buncha weight. U just gotta watch out tho cuz once u stop using it .....the weight comes back...not ALL of it...but u just have to watch what u eat and try to excersize and drink water...



Here's my dilema, I lost the weight with trim-spa and then stopped using it and the weight came back. Im trying to lose this xtra weight and its not comming off. I think my body got used to it or somethin......any ideas on anything else that works?

i want to try trimspa... but i'm nervous about side effects. how bad can they be? i don't want to end up un-healthy

Insomnia is one of the side effects I've experienced with TrimSpa. But it persisted because I used to take less than 3-4 hours before bed time. When I started taking it earlier in the afternoon, things got normal again.

hi there my name is misty and i have been on trim spa for 3 days now but i hve only been able to take half of the amount because when i take it i dont feel hungry or tired at all so i do have to make myself eat because i forgot to eat all day i was so busy at work and had all that energy off 1 pill when i got up in the morning then i took 1 at 2 pm. but i did eat at 8pm but i still had all the energy so i worked out a little but i didnt get asleep until about 12:30 am but i still hope it will work for me because i have tried everything i can think of and i just want to loose the weight from both of my babys.

yes, well normally when you lose weight there is a lot of stuff stored in your body that needs to get out.

It's all about the way each body gets used to TrimSpa. Some may assimilate it as if was part of every day life; others may suffer major changes in metabolism. Don't force your body whatever it may say, just look for something adjusted to it.

Trimspa is like a spung. so when you take the pill it grows in to this spong thing in yourstomach and takes up a lot of room so you feel full. the thin is that you have to not drink too much water becasue it will keep getting bigger the more water you drink, and it may come up and choke you. and then you just get rid of it by going to the bathroom.

and who knows what the long term effects are!
