Ok, I'm here! I started Lipovarin a little while ago... the three week program. Didn't do a darn thing. So, here I am on Trimspa! I started it (Trimspa Energy) 5 days ago, and although there is no change on the scale, I think my clothes fit a little bit better. I'm thinking that since its that time of month , I wont see a drop in actual weight on the scale for a few days still.
I drink a lot of water and out of the last 5 days, I've done 15 minutes on my gazelle about 3 times, along with a series of sit-ups. I should be able to get to the gym one of these days... been a little busy after work.
So, I plan on giving updates, and hopefully others out there will too! |

Just started |

| Just started trimspa today and wow!!!! Tallk about suppressing your appetite!! I hope this continues and I lose weight. Before starting trimspa, I would workout maybe three-four times a week but I was seeing no results because of my eating habits (I tend to overeat alot). So I'm hoping trimspa coupled with my exercising will finally do the trick. Keep ya'll posted. |

| Whats the `Challenges` forum? Do you have a link to it? Thanks. Is there any other forum place to check that has trim spa users? Thanks. |

It helped a little |
|
|
| I took Trim Spa a while back and lost 10 lbs over a 4 week period (with strict low fat dieting and exercise). However, when I stopped taking them I gained it all back very quickly. It works, but you have to put some effort into it. I am now going to try Lipovarin. It seems to have the best reviews. Ten pounds in 4 weeks was just not enough results to keep me motivated. |
