Hello Everyone! oops! Its very nice to be here. I m a senior rugby player. I am new here to share and to learn with you about some best diet formulas!

I have been working out in gym for last two weeks.
I own 149 lbs today and two weeks b4.
As I workout hard in gym and do a lot of fasting.
But, my weight doesn't go down for last two weeks. It should go down as I am working hard....Why it doesn't??
I am so worried, if I remain the same.
I wanna loose my weight up to 120 lbs.
I will be appreciate if any one helps me suggesting a perfect diet supplement.
Am I going wrong....???

Dear iloverugby1, I don't want to seem rude, but if you were a doctor, wouldn't you already have the answers to your own questions? Doctors have to take many many hours of studies on biology and physiology. They can prescribe themselves any prescription medicine that they want and have vast knowledge of pharmaceuticals, including those for weight loss. And I can't imagine that there is an overweight senior rugby player out there who fasts but is still fat. I ain't buyin what you're selling! We are all straight forward people on this forum, and don't need to be deceitful about who we are.You don't have to pretend to be a super person to talk with us.We are just plain folks who wish to help each other, and maybe supply a laugh or two to make someone's day a little better. Please come back online as yourself, and we will be happy to help you too! Sincerely, Deb :)

ok, Thanks.
some of my friend suggested me some different diet suppliments, but I don't rely on those medication. They say those all are natural medicines with no side effects.

What supplements did they recommend to you and did you try them? I don't think there is a perfect diet pill out there! Image

ILoveRugby1, just stay away from those fad diet pills. We all know they work wonders in the beginning and once you stop taking them you are back to square one. On top of that, all those pills have bad side effects. There is no shortcut to losing weight. Watch what you eat and work out regularly, this is the only option that will work for you. After gaining 50 pounds, I was desperate to lose weight. I did not want to try out the pills, however I wanted to join the Weight Watchers program. But I did not do that either, I ate well, exercised religiously, at least 6 days a week for the first 6 months and I managed to lose 40 pounds. I am not pushing myself harder to lose the extra 10 pounds that I need to lose, since I feel great now already and I am happy about maintaining a healthy weight.

Dear  iloverugby1

you can try the following strategy to help you lose weight fullbarreview.info/
Fullbar is simple and trouble-free, and that is why I stuck with it right from the beginning. The whole concept revolves around keeping your body feeling full, so that you can eat less and not go hungry at the same time.
Fullbar really works. You CAN lose weight.

Hope it helps you all

you said you 'do a lot of fasting'...this is where you're going wrong
you see your body needs energy throughout the day especially if you workout regularly, so a better alternative is to eat several small healthy real (non processed) food meals throughout the day
that way you body has a constant energy supply and your metabolism changes because you are getting constant food it doesn't store as much food as body fat - hope this makes sense

I would limit the carbs (not eliminate) and increase the fibre in your diet.  I eat 9-12 almonds a day as well.  You will find that the more multigrain type foods and fibre in your diet, the more full you will feel and the pounds will start to come off pretty easily. Rugby that is awesome, where do you play?
