Hi im new here and i basically just wanted to explain the situation. Im 19 years old and around 16 stone. I have struggled with weight loss all my life and really have only realised some of the main reasons why this has happened.
I go to the gym quite alot and am fit for my weight i guess. It's my eating thats the problem. I am in university but when i come home i eat and eat and eat and well i dont know how to control it. when my mother is about she is always going on about food etc and i am like okay so i eat so much all the time and instead of loosing weight i put it on. I also have a really bad sweet tooth.
Being home is hard for me as i have very little to do and cant find a job. I want to take up jogging but am too self conscious about it. Long story short i just want to get my eating habits in check and i have no idea how to control my eating.
Any ideas are much appreciated

Hey Hey, even I strugled a lot , but I think I am going to do it more seriously this time. My doc gave me some Physical exercise including some medication. Which I am following from last few days , but as you no weight loss is a long ojurney, we have to strugle a lot for this. Well I am taking generic meridia diet pills 15 mg dose once a day. If you are still struggling with a proper diet and exercise, try products that increase your metabolism like Metabolism Rush.
you do not need products like metabolic rush, lol . You just need propre nutrition and proper training. I like to use with my online clients a combination of weight training and low carb nutrition, with less cardio.
hey im in a pretty simular situation. and its really really hard if you've been brought up with bad eating habits in the family.. my whole family is obese and im the only one whos not... im 19 5'5 and i weigh about 135. which im not fat im just not cute in a bikini at all. ha. but what really helps me are 2 things. one, sense im on the go all the time i always eat on the go things. no cooking whatsoever. and i know that breakfast is suppose to be the biggest meal of the day while dinner the smallest. so things like eggs, kashi cereal, fruits are always good. just look for a bunch of healthy snacks when you're grocery shopping. yogurt, nature valley bars, ect. two, is a big, fat reality check. i was on some fitness magazine website and on the side you could submit the food, and the exercise technique to burn it off, and it would tell you how long it would take to burn it off. for example: one cheeseburger would take over 2 hours on an eliptical machine to burn off... like... holy crap, right?! any questions you have, im open to ask.
