As far as eliminating all the terrible junk out of your diet, absolutely yes.
I took another step in between that one and calorie counting, and that was finding ways to find and make healthy foods that I enjoyed. I used to hate broccoli, and while it's still not my favorite food in the world, I think it's essential to some meals now.
