Hello everyone.
I'm going thru a divorce after a 10 year marriage. Sad to say, i devoted myself and everything that i could but it did not work. i let myself go because i put her and her son first and forgot about me. Now that i'm on my own, i want to find myself again. i have always been thin and somewhat built but now i'm 223 lbs and i need to get back to 165 again so that i can be healthy and find my youth again. I'm 5-8. I went to a sports doctor last year and went thru the blood work and health checkup. Everything was fine. She gave me two prescriptions. one was HCG and the other is HGH. i got them at different times. one was for weight loss and one was for muscle gain. my question is could i use both?. my thought was to use HCG in the morning for 40 days and use HGH half way thru the diet but in the evenings 12 hours apart. i will also stay on a very low diet and walk in the morning and evening 1.2 miles each time. Well? that's all i have. what are your thoughts.
thank you

HGHmeds.com is an online store out of Tijuana Mexico that sells HGH without a prescription. In Mexico no prescription is required to purchase HGH. We ship to the USA because it is NOT a federally controlled drug, therefore the process is 100% legal. HGHmeds.com offers Humatrope by Eli Lilly, Saizen by Serono, Protophin by Probiomed, and Norditropin. We have also added Impotentmeds.com to our website, which offers Erectile Dysfunction pills. Visit us today to take advantage of this month special when you buy in bulk.

I hope you did your research on the doctor. There are many quacks out there prescribing these items. I believe your first and safest choice is to do it naturally. A good diet, resistance training and interval cardio. Both HCG and HGH are hormones, you can't stay on them forever. Besides causing an immune response within six months of use, HGH can also lead to carpal tunnel issues, diabetes, enlarged heart and potential cancer outgrowth. HCG while safer is still a hormone and can have a negative cascade of effects. Also, once you stop using them you get a rebound effect. You will actually have to diet harder to keep the weight off then you would have to lose it. Muscle gain from HGH tends to be spongy, some people get a distended abdomen.

Hi carino65,
I'm sorry to hear your loss. I hope you can do awesome again with yourself! I believe you're in the right place.
I don't know much about HCG but I found a nice resource about that. There you can find things such as HCG diet menu and other relevant things what you were wondering.

I'm very sorry to hear about your divorce and I am sure you are going through a lot of stress right now. I have done some research on the HCG diet - specially both HCG injections and homeopathic HCG drops that people use to loose weight. I would recommend you save your money.
Why would a doctor give you a prescription for HCG and HGH? that is very strange to me.
Basically the HCG diet is a 500 calorie diet plus HCG injections (or HCG drops if your doing that version of the diet). I sifted through many studies dating back to the 1950s and was only able to find 1 study that showed it worked. If you want to read my review for more info here it is http://supplement-geek.com/hcg-diet-evi ... sed-revie/
when it comes to HCG drops for weight loss, there is no evidence out there (scientific wise) that shows it works. Most research on HCG finds that people who do HCG 500 calories per day lose no more weight than people who only eat 500 calories per day.
I hope this helps you some and again, very sorry to hear about your divorce

I would also like to say sorry about your divorce.

I am living proof that the HCG diet does work.  It is amazing how the people who have not tried HCG are the ones who are always putting it down.  Not just here, but everywhere.  I went from a size 12 to a size 4 and have kept it off for almost a year.  I am not forced to diet anymore, however I do watch what I eat for the most part.  I do not have to count calories or worrying about gaining weight back.

I work for a FDA regulated company so I did know what to look for when deciding which manufacturer to purchase from.  Not all of the manufacturers are reputable.  I have posted a hyperlink to the company I brought from at the bottom of this post.

I am a true believer that it can work for everyone! HCG works by helping your body to release stored fat for energy. As a result of burning this excess fat, you can lose 1-2 pounds of fat per day. It helps reset metabolism and fat regulation so the body no longer is triggered into storing unneeded fat after you are off the diet.

I honestly believe this will be the last diet anyone would ever have to do!

Sorry to hear about your divorce. As they say in New Zealand, kia kaha, be strong.  I have had success with HCG in the past but these days have gone the full healthy route and can control my weight easily by knowing the correct foods for fat loss and a healthy body.

I've been able to loose my last pesky pounds and with a little exercise have attained the perfect figure I used to have all those years ago with some simple changes to my diet and lifestyle.

Please read the articles on these websites before you try HCG. I know some people that put their faith in the HCG diet, and became very ill from malnutrition as a result. It is NOT safe!
The Government is now in the process of getting all that fraudulent stuff off the market, and it's about time!

Hey Carino, I'm not sure about combining the 2. If I recall correctly when I did the HCG diet the guys at HCGdiet.com Recommended very little to no exercise. I would think it would be better to do the HGH after you finish the drops and start into the Maintenance phase or even after that so that your body has stabilized before you start with something else
